The project BEST Estonian final seminar was held at the Cultural center of city Põltsamaa. Two organizations from Põltsamaa participated in project BEST with their own sub-projects – Piim cheese factory built a harmonization tank for their wastewater and city water utility Põltsamaa Vesi OÜ (former name Põltsamaa Varahaldus OÜ) purchased monitoring equipment accompanied with a study on hazardous substance in Põltsamaa wastewater collection area
